1. General

This web site is offered for the UK residents only. The use of the web site and any purchase by you on this web site of any products are governed by English Law and indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. AJ Fashion Jewellery (AJFJ) reserve the right to amend and make change the contents to this web site and the terms and conditions at any time, and to add or withdraw items from our range without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJFJ disclaim all warranties of any kind with respect to the content of web site. These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.

All references to "silver" and "gold" etc. refer to colour and not material of product. If it is made of Sterling Silver, Silver Plated, Gold, gold plated etc. this will be stated in the name and or the description. 
AJFJ reserves the right to refuse services to any customer or to require verification of information prior to the acceptance of any order without any prior notification. In the event of the product price being incorrectly displayed on the web site, the normal price will be applicable instead. AJFJ have the right to refuse or to supply any incorrectly priced product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and credit or debit card charged. If payment has been made, we will credit back the amount of the incorrect price.

All sizes and measurements given on AJFJ are approximate and provided for your guidance only. We have made every effort to describe with product sizes, lengths and weights given as close to and display all our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and images are depended on your own monitor and browser. We cannot guarantee that products appear exactly the same on your monitor. Description of products are those commonly used in the trade, unless otherwise stated, please refer to the pictures of products on this web site.

All the display materials appeared in this web site, such as busts and stands, are not included in the selling items. The colour and designs of the gift boxes may vary, subject to the availability and depending on shape and size of the jewellery.

The acceptance of contract is formed by the state of confirmation, by authorisation of transaction and payment confirmed by receipt. If your order is accepted, we shall inform you by e-mail or telephone. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by AJFJ. Despatch time may vary. We do not take responsibility for any delay in delivery due to postal delays.

This web site is operated and owned by AJFJ. Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy this web site for the sole purpose of placing an order with AJFJ. All site design, text, graphics, AJFJ logo, images, materials, trademarks, the selection and arrangement thereof, on this web site are subject to copyright of their respective owners and all rights reserved. No copy, modification, reproduction, distribution, republication and transmit in any form or by other means without prior AJFJ written permission.

"No addition to or variation of these conditions will bind the company, unless it is specifically agreed in writing and signed by a director or secretary of the company. No agent or person employed by or under contract with the company has the authority to alter or vary in any way these conditions."

Certain links on this web site lead to resources located on servers that are not maintained by AJFJ or under its control. AJFJ do not take responsibility for the contents of any such referenced web sites or for the availability of access to such web site.

All products are identified by Girls Names - these are purely a random selection of names and are not "Trade Names" or related to any item from any other company.

2. Delivery

Our jewellery is supplied direct from stock, sent by first class Royal Mail recorded delivery and requires a signature at destination or Air Mail if not to a UK address. Special Delivery to UK Address can be ordered as a chargeable extra.

All of our jewellery** is individually presented in gift boxes or gift bags where suitable and securely packaged (**Excluding Reduced price stock).

Full delivery charges are available in the Delivery & Returns section of our site. 
We make every effort to deliver the orders as soon as possible. We endeavour to despatch all the orders within 1-2 working days once full payment has been received and cleared. If the item is not in stock, we shall e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not to wait.

Once we despatch your order, we will inform you with the identifier recorded delivery number that can be checked at www.royalmail.co.uk in order to track your order through the Royal Mail postal system, so you can be certain it is in transit.

3. Payment Method

By Credit/Debit card:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo card.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card has on file for you - this will ensure there are no delays in processing your order.

By Cheque:

If you are paying by cheque, please ensure that you write your order reference number (it comes with your order confirmation email), cheque guarantee card number and expiry date on the back of the cheque.

Please make cheque payable to "AJ Fashion Jewellery".

We do not accept company cheque, COD or other payment methods not listed above. 

4. Return Policy

If the product arrives damaged, damaged in transit, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from AJ Fashion jewellery(AJFJ), you can return the goods within 7 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or refund.

We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition accompanied with the original box.
We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons other than defective or damaged items.

Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage.

If full order is returned for refund, only standard postage will be refunded.  If enhanced delivery is selected by customer - this will not be refunded.

A refund will be made to your credit card account or a cheque refund if payment was received by cheque.
Should you return part of your order and the remainder falls below the carriage free amount, (if carriage free order status achieved), original carriage costs will be incurred. 

Please follow the return procedure as below: 

1. All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns must be posted to us within 7 days of receipt of order (including an RMA number).

2. E-mail us at sales@ajfashionjewellery.co.uk to obtain a RMA#. Please state the reason of return, order reference number, product code and contact name, telephone number and address. 

3. Returns will take approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed after AJFJ received your items. 

4. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials.

5. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you a "proof of delivery". AJFJ will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit. 

6. All shipping back to AJFJ is paid for by the customer. Please ensure that your RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the package not on the items original box.
